Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you personally. 77xk does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose. All gaming and betting on 77xk carries financial risk. Set a PKR budget before depositing and do not exceed it regardless of outcomes during a session.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. In cases where the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, you may be asked to provide an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.
Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. 77xk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, though this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Before a withdrawal is approved, 77xk may require identity verification. This is standard procedure and is in place to protect your account from unauthorised withdrawal attempts. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani identity document (CNIC) and confirmation of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money funds remaining after applicable wagering requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.

Patterns that indicate bonus abuse — including low-risk betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements, coordination across multiple accounts or exploitation of promotional errors — will result in bonus removal and may result in account suspension. 77xk's decision on bonus eligibility is final.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless 77xk has specifically permitted this for a particular promotion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering terms they are granted under.
All games available in the 77xk Game Lobby — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Crash games and Fishing games — are provided for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures for Live Casino games. 77xk does not manipulate game outcomes.

77xk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed in your account. Bets placed in error or on markets that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault may be voided.
A bet will be declared void if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or if the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error. Void bets result in the return of the original stake in PKR to your account balance.
In-play betting is available on selected Cricket and other sports markets. Odds on in-play markets update in real time. 77xk cannot guarantee that in-play odds will always reflect the exact current state of play due to broadcast delays. Bets accepted at odds that were visibly erroneous may be settled at the correct odds or voided at 77xk's discretion.
All Sports Betting markets on 77xk are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In Cricket, this is the result as declared by the umpires and confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Unofficial or statistical sources are not used for settlement purposes.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77xk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further action:
You are solely responsible for the security of your 77xk account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out of your account on shared or public devices.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 77xk support immediately. 77xk will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. 77xk is not liable for losses that occur as a result of your failure to secure your account credentials.
Two-factor authentication or additional verification steps may be introduced on 77xk at any time as an additional security measure. Where such measures are implemented, you may be required to complete them before accessing certain account features.
You may request to close your 77xk account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted, 77xk will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results, payment processing delays or technical interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
